Complaints Policy
The Islington Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (ICJMR) is committed to maintaining fairness, transparency, and accountability in its editorial and publication processes. Authors, reviewers, readers, or other stakeholders may raise complaints regarding editorial decisions, publication ethics, review delays, plagiarism concerns, conflicts of interest, or errors in published content.
All complaints should be submitted in writing to the journal’s official contact email with a clear explanation of the issue and any relevant evidence. The editorial team will review the complaint carefully and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Complaints will be handled confidentially, fairly, and without bias. Where necessary, the matter may be referred to the editorial board or relevant institutional authority for further review.
ICJMR aims to resolve complaints constructively while protecting the integrity of the journal, the rights of authors, and the standards of academic publishing.
